These terms set out the rules for visiting and shopping at Bizsabers. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept them, so please read them carefully. This website is operated by Bizsabers, Turnstyle Underground Market, 1000 8th Ave, New York, NY 10019, USA. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Bizsabers; "you" means the person using the site.
User obligations
When you use our site, you agree to:
- not copy, reproduce or reuse our content, images or branding without written permission;
- provide accurate and complete information when ordering or contacting us;
- not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or scrape or disrupt the site.
- use the site only for lawful purposes and not for fraud or abuse;
Products and pricing
We sell collectables, lightsabers, lightsabers accessories. We try to describe and display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are shown and charged in US Dollar (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. If we spot a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Order and payment information
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items. After you order, You'll get a confirmation email, and orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday). We may refuse or cancel an order, for example due to stock issues, suspected fraud or errors, and will refund any payment taken. You may request to cancel within 12 hours of ordering.
Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors. See our Payment Policy for more. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy; both form part of these terms.
Liability and disclaimers
We do our best to supply products that match their descriptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
- we are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates;
- for defective products, our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy;
- products are provided "as described" and we are not liable for minor variations in appearance;
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Bizsabers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of United States. If a dispute arises, feel free to contact us first at support@bizsabers.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't, the dispute will be handled by the competent courts of United States.
